Dr Pattron is a public health scientist in the Ministry of Health, Trinidad. He a known author, researcher, scientist and educator in several different areas of human health and development. He holds at present two doctorates, a master of philosophy degree and a bachelor of science degree with postgraduate training in experimental medicine and management. Dr Pattron has contributed significantly to the discovery of new scientific knowledge as reflected in his numerous publications in books, and scientific journals and is committed to to the use scientific knowledge and knowhow for improvement of human health and well being.
